About The Position

TheKey is currently hiring experienced caregivers (CNA/HHA/PCA) for all shifts to support clients in Portsmouth and surrounding areas. This role offers top pay rates of $16-18 per hour and a $300 sign-on bonus. We provide flexible scheduling options for both full-time and part-time availability. Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
Valid driver's license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.
Must comply with state background screening requirements.
Must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

Assist clients 1:1 with personal care, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
Offer transportation services, driving clients to appointments and running errands.
Perform light housekeeping duties such as basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
