About The Position
Always Best Care Senior Services - Upper BuxMont is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in the Doylestown, PA area. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care and support to seniors, promoting their health, safety, and independence.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to improve client well-being.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
- Manage medication reminders and monitor client health and behavior changes.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for clients.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document care provided and report any significant changes or concerns.
