About The Position

Right at Home Eastern Worcester County is hiring caregivers in Worcester, Massachusetts, for day shifts of varying lengths, including short 4–6 hour shifts. Weekend availability is needed. The position offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay every Friday, paid travel time, and support from an office team. The role supports clients with personal care, companionship, supervision, household tasks, meal preparation, medication reminders, and Dementia/Alzheimer’s care.

Requirements

• CNA or HHA required.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• At least 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Updated TB/PPD and physical.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Availability for day shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, supervision, and friendly support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Support clients with Dementia/Alzheimer’s care.
