About The Position

Valley of the Sun Homecare (VOSH) is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join their team. VOSH has been serving Scottsdale and surrounding communities for over 16 years, valuing their caregivers and understanding that great care starts with great people. This role offers meaningful work, consistent opportunities, and the chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of seniors and families. Caregivers work one-on-one with clients in their homes. Higher hourly pay may be available for clients in select areas. The more availability and flexibility a caregiver provides, the more opportunities they will have for regular shifts.

Requirements

At least 6 months of personal or professional caregiving experience
Current TB clearance
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and car insurance
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
Willingness to drive 20+ miles each way to client homes when needed
A caring, reliable, and professional attitude
Commitment to at least 20 hours per week
Dependable availability
Flexibility is key to receiving regular shifts.
Open to working every other Saturday OR every other Sunday
Available for at least ONE of the following schedules: Mornings (7:00 AM–12:00 PM, at least 5 days per week), Days (7:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 3 days per week), Evenings (2:00 PM–1:00 AM, at least 5 days per week), Overnights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM, at least 3 nights per week), Weekends (At least 8 hours on Saturday AND 8 hours on Sunday)
