Requirements

Passion for helping others and improving lives
High school diploma or GED
Prior caregiver experience (home care or facility setting)
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
CNA certification is a plus
CPR certification
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to meet physical demands of caregiving
Familiarity with Hoyer lifts is preferred, but willingness to be trained is absolutely welcome

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, hands-on care and support, including personal care services (assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, nail/skin care, oral hygiene, mobility support, toileting and incontinence care, meal planning/preparation/feeding, emotional support, safe use of assistive devices) and household support (light housekeeping, client laundry, grocery shopping, basic errands, other supportive tasks).
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Follow all agency policies, infection control, and safety procedures.
