Requirements

At least 2 years of eldercare experience (in-home or facility-based).
High School Diploma or GED.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Clean criminal background check.
Reliable personal vehicle.
Valid car insurance.
A heart for service and a desire for a long-term career in care.

Responsibilities

Providing meaningful companionship, emotional support, and creative engagement.
Assisting with personal care and daily living activities with dignity.
Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Providing transportation to appointments or errands.
Demonstrating initiative by suggesting new activities, recipes, or organizational methods.
