Full-Time Caregiver/$1000 Sign on Bonus
About The Position
Phoenix Home Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to serve the Springfield, MO, and surrounding areas. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at $16-$17 per hour, plus a $1000 Sign-On Bonus. Caregivers will provide essential support to geriatric clients, fostering one-on-one connections and delivering exceptional care. The role offers the advantage of working with a select group of clients, providing control over schedules and travel time. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Ability to lift 50 LBS.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (Bathing, Dressing, Grooming)
- Provide Companionship and Emotional Support
- Support Clients with Higher Acuity Needs, Including: Transfers (use of gait belts, Hoyer lifts, etc.)
- Feeding Assistance & Meal Preparation
- Monitoring and Reporting Changes in Condition
- Light Housekeeping
- Medication Reminders
- Running errands
