Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role offers rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well, fostering meaningful relationships with the individuals served. Caregivers are empowered to take initiative in helping participants engage with the community and enjoy their favorite activities. The position involves supporting participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, as well as assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Sevita's mission is to provide quality services and individualized supports that lead to growth and independence for all individuals, regardless of their challenges.
