Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance to assist with local client needs.
- Excellent communication, strong customer service, and a reliable work ethic.
- Compassionate, patient, and genuinely dedicated to elevating the human spirit.
- Willingness to participate in company-provided training.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years of caregiving experience is preferred
- Experience with dementia care is a big plus!
Responsibilities
- Assist seniors with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Brighten their day with meaningful conversation, activities, and genuine connection.
- Assist with safe transfers, prepare nutritious meals, and handle light housekeeping.
- Provide timely reminders and assist with medications to ensure peace of mind.
