About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide high-quality care for adults & children with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have caregiving experience and a passion for improving the lives of others. You will ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of our members in their private residences.
Requirements
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Article 9 certification
- Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Must be reliable and have open availability for various shifts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with members and families
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience
- Preferred experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (adults and children)
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care within members' homes
- Provide companionship and emotional encouragement, fostering a welcoming atmosphere
- Aid members in achieving their Habilitation goals
- Ensure a clean, safe environment by following health and safety guidelines
- Monitor members' well-being and promptly report any changes or concerns
- May be necessary to provide reliable transportation for activities
