About The Position

If you’re tired of rushing through residents in assisted living or nursing home settings, and ready to truly care, we’re urgently hiring today! 12 hour Shifts , 24 Hour Shifts , and Full Time Hours available immediately!
Requirements
- Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills
- Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus.
- CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required
- Compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a real difference
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
- Provide toileting and incontinence care
- Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
- Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
- Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
- Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
