Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks and screenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves
- CNA or HHA certification preferred (not required for all cases)
Responsibilities
- Maintain open communication with seniors, families, and the care team
- Assist with personal care needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Follow individualized care plans and report updates as needed
