About The Position
Senior Solutions Home Care provides compassionate in-home care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We are hiring caregivers in Lenoir City, TN who are dependable, compassionate, and ready to build meaningful relationships with clients. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license or state-issued ID
- Second form of identification for employment eligibility
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking, and communication
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening in accordance with company and state requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Help with mobility and daily activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Errands and transportation assistance as needed
- Support with dignity, patience, and respect
