Requirements
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is an asset but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and assist with mobility.
- Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license/Id card and reliable transportation is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility and physical exercises as directed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to promote social and mental well-being.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and any changes in client condition.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of clients at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
