About The Position

Join an established home care agency with over 10 years of service and more than 100 team members dedicated to helping seniors thrive safely and comfortably in their own homes. We are hiring immediately and offer flexible schedules. Earn $20.00-$22.00/hr on weekdays and $22.00-$24.50/hr on weekends.

Requirements

At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
Family caregiving, volunteer experience, and caregiving coursework are welcome and will be considered
Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
Eligible to work in the United States
Willing to work in one or more of the following areas: Costa Mesa, Westminster, Huntington Beach, Cypress, Lakewood/Cerritos
Weekend availability preferred
This position may require lifting, transferring, repositioning, and mobility assistance for clients, including the use of gait belts, slide boards, wheelchairs, and mechanical lifts when available.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and build meaningful relationships with seniors
Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
Support clients living with memory loss through engagement and meaningful activities
Observe and communicate changes in client condition
Follow individualized care plans and collaborate with the care team
