About The Position
Senior Helpers is hiring part-time caregivers in Des Moines, Iowa, and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide companionship, comfort, and personalized support to seniors who want to remain safe, happy, and independent in their own homes. The role is open to experienced caregivers and those new to caregiving; paid training, guidance, and ongoing support are available.
Requirements
- Compassion, patience, and reliability.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with daily routines and personal care.
