About The Position

At Always Best Care Senior Services, we are looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors. We have been proudly serving seniors and families throughout the DFW Metroplex for 18 years, helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life at home. We offer flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, weekend, and overnight opportunities. Our caregivers are the heart of our company, and we are committed to providing them with the support they need to thrive.

Requirements

• Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, or related experience required
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass required background screening

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Support clients living with Alzheimer's and dementia
• Follow individualized care plans
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive environment
