We are seeking a Skilled Caregiver, available for mid-week shifts, especially on Thursdays. Requirements

• Valid driver's license and car
• Over 18 years old
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Able to pass a background check
• Experience in managing dementia and behavioral conditions

Nice To Haves

• Experience with a hoyer lift and gait belt

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship to foster meaningful connections
• Assisting with personal hygiene such as peri-care, bathroom or in-bed support, and brief changes to ensure comfort and dignity
• Managing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe, clean environment
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to client needs
• Offer transportation for outings or appointments to keep clients socially engaged
• Provide timely medication reminders to help them manage their health effectively

Benefits

• Competitive Base Pay: Starting at $16.75 up to $18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift
• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour for any training or GUIDE Respite shifts
• Raises: Available after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours
• Bonus: Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
• Mileage: Paid between client visits (if under one hour apart)
