About The Position
Join our compassionate home care team serving Shoreline, Lynnwood, Northgate, Bothell, Kenmore, Ballard, University District, Maple Leaf, and nearby communities, where you'll make a meaningful difference by helping seniors and individuals live safely and independently at home. Enjoy flexible daytime schedules, a supportive team, and competitive pay of $23–$25 per hour, based on your certifications and experience. Your local Always Best Care team will be helping families throughout Seattle and surrounding communities, providing non-medical in-home care, independent and assisted living referral services. Requirements
- A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
- CNA or HCA certification required
- One year or more of experience supporting older adults
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
- Clear background check and drug test
- Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

- Prefer a high school degree or GED
