Requirements
- Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
- 2 year of Professional or Personal Caregiving Experience
- Ability to pass Background Check & Drug Screening
Nice To Haves
- Certified Caregiver or CNA license
- CPR & First Aid certification
- Negative TB skin test/Chest X-ray
- AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Card
Responsibilities
- Assists clients with activities of daily living, which may include but is not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, according to the individual care plan.
- Maintain clients records during each shift in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the clients
- Visit multiple clients in a day, visit are 1-3 hours long
- Record hours weekly and submit to supervisor
