Requirements
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred (training provided for qualified Caregiver applicants)
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must pass a written competency test, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Dependable, compassionate, and motivated Caregiver with a strong desire to help others
Responsibilities
- Provide professional personal care services including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Offer companionship and emotional support as a trusted Caregiver
- Support clients in maintaining independence in the comfort of their homes
- Work a variety of shifts based on client needs and Caregiver availability
