Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience
- Reliable transportation
- Experience using Hoyer lifts and gait belts
- The ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- A willingness to work with both male and female clients
- The ability to travel within a 20-mile radius and surrounding areas
- A compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to caregiving
Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Providing medication reminders
- Helping clients with mobility
- Assisting with errands and transportation to appointments
- Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
- Observing and reporting changes in clients' conditions
- Encouraging independence and supporting daily routines
