About The Position
Join We Care Senior Care, a proud Home Instead franchise, where our mission is to help seniors remain safe and cared for in their homes. Our team allows you to live out your values and make a real difference as a caregiver. If you’re tired of rushing through residents in assisted living or nursing home settings, and ready to truly care, we’re urgently hiring today! 12 Hour Shifts, 24 Hours Shifts, and Live-In shifts available. Live-In Shift pay up to $330.00 per shift available.
Requirements
- Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus.
- CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
- Provide toileting and incontinence care
- Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
- Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
- Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
- Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
