About The Position

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a Float Fulltime position where the caregiver must be flexible to work different shifts through out the week and work every other Saturday and Sunday. The role involves working at multiple houses, providing caregiving and running errands for supplies. Caregivers will be proud of rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well, develop meaningful relationships, experience ownership and trust, take initiative to help participants be part of the community, and support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The role also includes assisting people with their personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements

Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
