About The Position
Benchmark at Bedford Falls is looking for a compassionate LNA/PCA/Caregiver to join their team. As a Licensed Nursing Assistant/Personal Care Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. This is a full-time position with over 30 hours per week, with shifts available from 3pm to 11pm, either Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday.
Requirements
- Valid LNA/PCA license required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, laundry, light housekeeping
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
- Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Other duties as needed.
