About The Position
Always Best Care Senior Services is hiring one caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in Keller, Texas. The client is living with a terminal illness and needs compassionate, attentive assistance with daily activities. The client is a fall risk and requires supervision and mobility assistance. A dog lives in the home, so the caregiver must be comfortable around dogs. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM, for 32.5 hours per week. The caregiver must be able to work the entire scheduled shift each weekday without schedule restrictions.
Requirements
- Be compassionate, patient, dependable, and reliable.
- Have reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Be comfortable working in a home with a dog.
- Be available Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM, without schedule restrictions, and able to work the entire shift.
- Understand fall prevention and mobility assistance.
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred.
- Experience caring for clients with serious or terminal illnesses is a plus.
Responsibilities
