About The Position

Haven Home Care is seeking Caregivers to assist people in their homes, primarily older adults. The role involves helping with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light cleaning, errands, and providing companionship. This is a physical role requiring individuals to be on their feet and assist clients with mobility. The position does not involve administering medication or performing medical tasks, which are reserved for nurses. The company offers flexible part-time hours, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week, allowing caregivers to choose their desired weekly commitment. Working hours are between 6 AM and 8 PM, with most care provided between 8 AM and 5 PM. No overnights are required. Requirements

• Driver's license.
• Own car with insurance that covers work driving.
• Pass background checks.
• Work at least 20 hours per week.
• Available between 6 AM - 8 PM.
• Legal right to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• STNA license (active or expired) OR HHA certificate (30+ hours, RN-signed unless done online) OR 1+ year of experience at one company under an RN or LPN.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing and dressing.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Perform light cleaning duties in clients' homes.
• Run errands for clients.
• Provide companionship to clients.
• Assist clients with moving around.
• Travel between clients' homes.
