Amada Senior Care is currently hiring caring, reliable, and compassionate caregivers to serve seniors and veterans in Crosby, Highlands, Barrett, Channelview, Baytown, Humble, and nearby communities! If you enjoy helping others live safely and comfortably at home, we’d love to have you on our team. Whether you’re experienced or just beginning your caregiving journey, we provide the support and training you need to succeed.
Requirements
- A compassionate and dependable personality
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel locally
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with gait belts or Hoyer lifts is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene
- Companionship and emotional support
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Mobility assistance and transfers
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Observing and reporting client condition changes
