Requirements

A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
CNA or HCA certification required
One year or more of experience supporting older adults
Must be 18 years or older
Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
Clear background check and drug test
Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

Nice To Haves

Prefer a high school degree or GED
weekend availability considered a plus

Responsibilities

Build trusted connections through companionship, conversation, and encouragement that help clients feel supported and valued.
Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and daily activities while respecting each client’s choices and independence.
Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home environment for clients.
Support clients with appointments, errands, and activities that keep them engaged with their community.
Provide personalized care and dependable support that enhances comfort, confidence, and everyday well-being.
Create meaningful bonds with older adults by offering genuine companionship and dependable support that helps them feel valued, understood, and connected throughout their day.
Provide thoughtful assistance, positive encouragement, and a trusted presence that helps clients maintain independence, confidence, and a greater sense of comfort in their everyday lives.
