About The Position

Senior Helpers is seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide one-on-one personal care to clients, enabling them to remain safe and independent in their homes. We match caregivers with seniors based on their expertise and the client's needs. If you are passionate about making a difference, enjoy helping others, and are interested in professional growth, this position is for you. We are currently hiring for 12-hour shifts, both AM and PM.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have reliable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance.
Must be fluent in speaking and understanding English.
Must have a High School diploma or GED.
Must have a clean criminal history (no felons).

Responsibilities

Engage in fun and meaningful conversations with clients to build relationships.
Participate in clients' favorite hobbies such as scrapbooking, gardening, or playing games.
Prepare meals for clients.
Assist clients with daily living activities, including walking and dressing.
Document completed activities and provide updates on clients' physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior.
