We currently have part‑time openings on weekdays and weekends for caregivers who bring kindness, respect, and support to those who need it most.

Requirements

Must be 18 or older
Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

Experience with dementia or behavioral care (preferred)
Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred)

Responsibilities

Offering companionship and emotional support
Assisting with hygiene and mobility
Preparing meals and light housekeeping
Providing transportation to appointments or outings
Giving medication reminders
Building connections that enhance well‑being

Benefits

Competitive pay: $16.75–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification)
Minimum $27.50 per shift
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour
Raises after 60 days + annual reviews
Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week + required documents completed)
Mileage reimbursement between client visits
