About The Position
Senior Helpers of Greater Arlington is a home care agency dedicated to improving the quality of life of seniors. We opened in December 2025 and are growing fast. We are committed to compassionate, professional care.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Schedule availability Morning, afternoon, night shifts, and weekends
- Social Security Number (SSN)
- Active cell phone
Nice To Haves
- CNA, HHA, or CPR/First Aid certification
- At least 1 professional reference from a previous caregiving role
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)
- Companion and supervision support in the client’s home or facility
- Monitor client health status and report any changes immediately to the coordinator
- Document activities and observations in Well-Sky
- Maintain active and timely communication with the scheduling team
