Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card.
• Active CNA license for CNAs (state‑specific) or PCA Test Results for PCAs (or willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Recent negative TB test result
• Reliable transportation and the ability to lift/transfer clients safely.
• Basic computer/app skills for daily charting and communication.
• Empathy, professionalism, and a strict commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy.

Nice To Haves

• Dementia Experience is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Encouraging daily eating, hydration, and skin care.
• Applying ointment/treatments to the client's feet.
• Assisting with ambulation, walking, and chair exercises.
• Providing memory care (reorientation, puzzles, reading).
• Updating the calendar and giving appointment reminders.
• Assisting with dinner preparation and meal planning.
• Light housekeeping, cleaning the bathroom, and managing the refrigerator/shopping lists.
• Washing and changing bed linens (must be put away by Friday's end of shift).
