About The Position

This Caregiver position at The Ivy of McKinney Assisted Living and Memory Care offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. Providing care and support to our residents will not only be fulfilling but will also allow you to develop meaningful relationships with those you assist. This position is located on-site at our McKinney, TX facility. Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and fluency in English.
• Detail-oriented, compassionate, and having a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a comprehensive reference check.

Nice To Haves

• A year or more of caregiving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance to residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Help residents maintain their independence and quality of life.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate team members.
