Requirements
- At least 1 year of eldercare experience
- Current US driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to submit to background checks
- Willing to provide 2 professional references
- Able to speak/communicate in English
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong ability to read, write, and speak English
- Punctuality and reliability
- Compassionate and caring heart
- Patience and willingness to learn new skills
- At least 2 forms of ID
Nice To Haves
- Certifications are welcome (CNA, HHA, etc.) but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and dedicated care to clients.
- Communicate verbally with clients and families.
- Write shift notes to update the family, office, and other caregivers.
- Read ADLs and personal care instructions.
