About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes. The role offers flexible full-time and part-time scheduling, with most available shifts during weekday daytime hours. The organization welcomes experienced caregivers, including CNAs and HHAs, as well as non-certified applicants with hands-on caregiving experience. Caregivers support clients with personal care and activities of daily living, companionship, meal preparation, transportation, errands, and light housekeeping. They follow individualized care plans and communicate professionally with clients’ families and office staff. The position includes initial and ongoing training, a supportive office team, and opportunities for career growth. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour, with performance incentives and travel reimbursement also mentioned.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Clean driving record.
Smartphone and email access.
Professional caregiving experience is preferred; hands-on caregiving experience is welcomed.
