About The Position

Senior Helpers of Minneapolis–St. Paul is hiring part-time caregivers to provide one-on-one, in-home care in Minneapolis and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for students, parents, or individuals seeking supplemental income. The position involves assisting clients with daily living activities, providing companionship, and supporting specialized care needs.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Comfortable using a smartphone/apps
• Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• 6+ months caregiving experience preferred (CNA/PCA/HHA encouraged to apply)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safety
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Support clients with dementia, transitional, or respite care
