Experienced Caregiver Needed for Swing and Overnight Shifts
About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver for swing and overnight shifts. This is a non-medical caregiving position focused on providing companionship, personal assistance, and support with daily routines while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. Our caregivers are dedicated to creating a calm, engaging, and well-cared-for environment where clients feel respected, heard, and genuinely valued. Whether sharing conversation, playing cards, assisting with errands, helping with personal care, or providing overnight supervision, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful connections while making a positive impact every day.
Requirements
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Reliable transportation & valid driver's license.
- Proof of auto insurance with your name listed as a driver and a clean driving record.
- Ability to clear background check and drug screening.
- Dependability and integrity.
- Desire to make a difference!
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in caregiving preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with seniors
- Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
