About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide individualized care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort, dignity, privacy, and independence. We are looking for Difference Makers who want to feel awesome about their job every day. Our services cater to people of all ages with varying needs, including those recovering from illness or surgery, living with chronic disabilities, or experiencing the natural process of aging. Services include personal care, homemaking, professional nursing, care management, Alzheimer's/dementia care, and respite care.
Requirements
- Eighteen years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member).
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgment.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with meal preparation.
- Perform housekeeping duties.
- Provide companionship.
- Assist with personal hygiene care.
- Provide transportation assistance.
- Perform other light duties as assigned.
