About The Position
SpringRidge Court is a well-established, CARF Accredited Community offering 70 apartments of Assisted Living and 14 apartments of Enliven (Memory Care). Senior Resource Group-SRG has been an innovator in the development and operation of senior living communities across the USA for over 37 years, winning awards for innovative community design, excellent service, and exceptional care. This role involves responding to resident needs promptly and kindly, assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility, and transporting residents. The position also includes listening to residents' stories and working with a care team to provide the best care and environment possible. Training will be provided for candidates with a heart to serve others.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Any caregiving experience is great but not required!
Responsibilities
- Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly.
- Assist residents in their daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, etc.)
- Transport residents as necessary assisting them into and out of bed, wheelchairs.
- Listen to the amazing stories our residents have.
- Work with a care team to provide the best care and environment possible.
