Requirements
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience (personal or professional)
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality
- Ability to pass an employment background check
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude
Nice To Haves
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (can obtain after hire)
- Current two-step TB clearance preferred (can obtain after hire)
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Help with errands, transportation, and appointments
- Provide medication reminders and personal care assistance
- Engage clients in enjoyable activities such as puzzles, reading, music, crafts, or walks
- Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home
