Requirements

• 6 months of caregiving experience as a CNA or 12 months
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is a plus.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong commitment to client care.
• Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support.
• Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members for optimal care.
