Caregiver - In-Home Care
About The Position
AccentCare is hiring a Caregiver to provide non-medical support that helps clients remain in their own homes. The position offers the opportunity to support clients and families, build a healthcare career, and work within a supportive team culture. AccentCare provides paid training, career development opportunities, and flexible scheduling, with a team that will work to match clients and schedules to the caregiver’s availability and preferred driving area whenever possible. Caregivers assist with personal home care and homemaking, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. The role makes a positive difference in the lives of seniors and supports clients throughout their health journeys.
Requirements
- Must have a CNA qualification or at least 6 months of experience as a caregiver.
- Must have reliable daily transportation.
- Must have a current valid Texas Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.
- Must have sufficient endurance to perform tasks during long work hours.
- Must want to have fun while doing the job well.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a caregiver is described as a plus.
