About The Position
Orion Homes, recognized as a Top Place to Work from 2021-2026, is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to join our team. Orion Homes operates 18 licensed residential settings in Maricopa County, offering 24-hour supervision and assistance to ensure the health and safety of residents, promote good personal hygiene, and foster the development of coping skills, self-awareness, social skills, and community involvement.
Requirements
- TB Test
- Prevention and Support or CPI
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid Driver License (39 month driving record uncertified)
- High School Diploma/GED or Higher
- AZ State Caregiver Certificate
- Valid Fingerprint Level 1 Clearance Card (must provide on own)
- Must pass background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience is a PLUS!
Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical assistance and companionship to our residents in our group homes
- Personal care and hygiene assistance, including bathing and dressing
- Monitor medication schedules and provide reminders throughout the day
