About The Position
Visiting Angels offers non-medical in-home care for elder loved ones. The purpose of a Visiting Angels Caregiver is to provide assistance with daily activities, light housekeeping, errands, and meal management. We also provide protective oversight for vulnerable clients, assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming, and most importantly companionship. This is all done to help clients continue to live and age safely in their homes. Full and part-time shifts are available in the Camp Verde, Verde Valley, Cottonwood, AZ area. We work with applicants to create a set schedule that fits their lifestyle and client needs. Visiting Angels is ranked in the top 100 homecare companies in the nation.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must have personal reliable transportation
- Must have a Smart Phone
- Must be comfortable with assisting in Hygiene Care
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
- Must be comfortable assisting with or willing to learn how to: Cooking, Light Housekeeping, Menu Planning, Errands and Appointments, Fall Prevention, Transfers, Companionship and Assisting with all Activities of Daily Living
