About The Position
This part-time position involves assisting individuals with their personal hygiene and supporting those who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The role requires a compassionate, patient individual who finds meaning in helping people grow, learn, and live well. You will develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve, take initiative to help them participate in the community and enjoy their favorite activities, and support them with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license held for at least one year (post-permit).
- Clean motor vehicle record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
Responsibilities
