About The Position
Preferred Care at Home of Charlotte South is seeking a caring, experienced CNA to support a senior client in South Charlotte on a steady weekday schedule. The position offers an immediate start and includes a video interview. Dementia care experience is a plus. The schedule will be discussed.
Requirements
- Current North Carolina CNA certification.
- Experience with safe transfers, mobility, and personal care.
- Be reliable, patient, and compassionate.
- Be available on weekdays.
- Provide baseline TB screening test results when applying.
- Provide proof of Blood Borne Pathogen training when applying.
Nice To Haves
- Dementia care experience.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- CNA license registry verification.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and companionship.
- Assist with safe transfers and mobility.
- Keep the client safe and comfortable, using patient, calm redirection when needed.
