About The Position

Golden Harmony assists older adults in continuing their full lifestyle by providing home care services that encourage independence, social engagement and wellbeing. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of older adults, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

• Caregiving: at least 6 months (Preferred)
• CNA or PCA (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Provide clients with ADLs as directed, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Document completed tasks and report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
• Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social and emotional support
