Requirements

Valid CHHA certification and experience in personal care preferred.
Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to client well-being.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks and assist with mobility.
Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.
Background check and references required.
Experience with elderly or disabled clients is a plus.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

Italian Speaking Caregiver preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Administer medication and monitor client health as directed.
Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team.
Build strong relationships with clients and their families for optimal care.
