About The Position

Senior Helpers is a growing, reputable, and nationally recognized home care company. We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals who enjoy caring for and helping others, take pride in making a difference in others’ lives, and are interested in professional growth within a company. As a Senior Helpers Caregiver, you will provide a helping hand to clients, engage in conversations to build relationships, participate in clients’ favorite hobbies, prep meals, and assist with daily activities of living. You will also report on completed activities and provide updates on clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have valid Driver’s License & Car Insurance.
Must have your own reliable transportation.
Must have High School diploma or GED.
No felons.

Responsibilities

Providing a helping hand to clients.
Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships.
Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.).
Prep meals for your clients to enjoy.
Assist your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living.
Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior.
